The word that came to the top of my head for Cedar Rapids was actually “family”. Yes, people view working as essential, but often linked with families. They work so they can do things with them – much of CR’s activities are “family-activities”, and CR has a lot to offer in that department. Maybe I’m just surrounded by people who are like that, though – working at a school and spending time with younger families.

No, we’re probably right about where you are. She’s still in India. We’re planning to finish the book on the trip out to MN for the wedding. I look forward to talking with you and your hubby!

I am currently listening to Eat, Pray, Love. I have REALLY enjoyed listening to the stories of Gilbert’s year long journey. I still have about five more CD’s to listen to. Are you and J finished with the book? I will look forward to talking about the book more in-depth at Justin’s wedding!
